Mr. Dwarkadas Kaswala
Mr. Dwarkadas Kaswala, the Founder Chairman of Bhagirath Group, is a distinguished developer and visionary entrepreneur who entered the real estate and construction business in 1984. His invaluable contributions include serving on the Advisory Committee of the Ahmedabad Builders' Association. Alongside the late Mr. Paresh Kaswala, the group's then Chairman, he laid the foundation stone of Bhagirath Group. Through his foresight and dedicated efforts, he has earned a prominent reputation among industry leaders. His relentless energy and strong charisma have elevated Bhagirath Group to a prestigious position in the business world. Today, as a mentor, he guides the third generation in upholding and advancing the company's values.

Late Mr. Paresh Kaswala
The late Mr. Paresh Kaswala, a Co-founder and former Chairman, played a pivotal role in shaping Bhagirath Group. He entered the real estate and construction industry in 1986, leaving a lasting impact with his presence and charismatic personality. His innovative approach led to his founding role in the Narol Builders' Association. Though we miss his calming presence and unparalleled skills today, his legacy continues to inspire us from above.

Sanjay Kaswala
After completing his MBA from Pune University, Mr. Sanjay Kaswala joined Bhagirath Group in 2004. With a strong sense of purpose, he advocates for transparency and governance in the real estate industry. His philosophy on corporate social responsibility is straightforward yet impactful, aiming to benefit society, shareholders, and stakeholders alike. Sanjay embodies the essence of Bhagirath Group with his perception, simplicity, and dedicated passion. His relentless pursuit of excellence is evident in his proficiency in land management and project development, both of which he oversees at the company today. As Managing Director, he leads Bhagirath Group forward, carrying the torch for its legacy and guiding it towards new heights of success.

A graduate of Xavier’s College, Ahmedabad, he represents the third generation continuing the legacy of Bhagirath Group. Despite early challenges, he has carved out a path of success, co-leading several project completions. As a young and dynamic entrepreneur, he fosters diversified business ventures that contribute to local job creation. His strength lies in his social responsibility, environmental awareness, and positive approach, which are evident in all his business endeavors. Affectionately called "Saheb" by his team, Mr. Rana is a seasoned professional with over twenty-five years in the real estate industry. He has successfully negotiated some of the city's largest land deals and is a prolific investor in diverse businesses. Known for his integrity, adept management skills, and negotiation prowess, Mr. Rana is a trusted figure at Bhagirath Group. Specializing in land acquisition and public relations, he currently leads these critical functions within the company, contributing significantly to its success and reputation.

Sudarshan is a seasoned entrepreneur with 25 years of extensive experience, primarily in financial services and, more recently, focusing on social affordable housing and low-cost projects. He has successfully delivered over 3500 affordable homes in Gujarat. With a robust background in business development, sales, marketing, and operations, Sudarshan excels in driving team leadership, revenue growth, and operational efficiency. He is known for his innovative thinking, adeptness in adapting to emerging trends, and strategic approach to achieving organizational goals. A dynamic go-getter, he specializes in formulating and implementing strategies to capitalize on business opportunities. Sudarshan's expertise extends to capacity building, coaching managers, and fostering strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, all of which are invaluable assets to our team.

Mukund Parsana, a Civil Engineer from Vallabh Vidyanagar ('93), embarked on his journey in the development industry in 1994, building a successful career from humble beginnings. He has since delivered numerous projects in Ahmedabad, known for his dedication to quality and precision in civil engineering. A true philanthropist, Mukund's contributions include overseeing the exhibition gallery at Akshardham, reflecting his commitment to service. His deep appreciation for nature guides his approach, prioritizing durable, low-maintenance structures over superficial aesthetics. Currently, he leads the Civil Development division at Bhagirath Group, embodying his passion for excellence and sustainability in every project.

Dharmesh Baraiya
Dharmesh, a dynamic leader with a deep-rooted passion for real estate, has been a driving force in the industry since 2002. A commerce graduate from C. U. Shah College, Dharmesh further honed his skills with a degree in software engineering from London. Upon his return to India in 2002-2003, Dharmesh joined his family’s real estate business, where he quickly demonstrated his entrepreneurial spirit by initiating a successful project on Naroda-Dahegam Road. His enthusiasm for real estate only grew as he immersed himself in the field, building a vast and influential network across East Ahmedabad. Dharmesh’s unwavering dedication and visionary approach have enabled him to achieve remarkable growth. One of his standout projects, Nikalkanth Villa, was completed at an impressive pace, showcasing his ability to leverage his connections and expertise to deliver exceptional results. With each new endeavor, Dharmesh continues to strengthen his legacy within the real estate sector, driving innovation and excellence throughout the region.
